LCPAA-ACCA Training the trainer

​ໃນລະຫວ່າງວັນທີ 6-8 ສິງຫາ 2025 ທີ່ຜ່ານມາ, ສະພາວິຊາຊີບນັກບັນຊີ ແລະ ນັກກວດສອບ (ສວ-ບກລ) ໄດ້ຈັດຝຶກອົບຮົມ ຮ່ວມກັບ ສະມາຄົມນັກບັນຊີທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບອານຸຍາດປະເທດອັງກິດ Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). ພາຍໃຕ້ການເປັນປະທານເປີດພິທີຝຶກອົບຮົມຈາກທັງ 2 ຝ່າຍ, ໂດຍຕາງໜ້າທາງຝ່າຍ ສວ-ບກລ ໂດຍ ທ່ານສອນໄຊ ສີລາເພັດ ປະທານ ສວ-ບກລ ແລະ ທາງຝ່າຍ ACCA ໂດຍ ແມ່ນ Mr. Ratna Neou, ACCA Country Manger Laos and Cambodia

From 6–8 August 2025, the Lao Chamber of Professional Accountants and Auditors (LCPAA), in collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), co-organized a Training of Trainers (TTT) course for Lao CPA instructors.
The training was officially opened by Mr. Sonexay Silapet, President of the LCPAA, and Mr. Ratna Neou, ACCA Country Manager for Laos and Cambodia

ການຝຶກອົບຮົມດັ່ງກ່າວໄດ້ຈັດຂຶ້ນໂດຍມີຈຸດປະສົງເພື່ອເປັນການຝຶກອົບຮົມໃຫ້ກັບຄູຝຶກທີ່ເປັນອາຈານສອນນັກຊ່ຽວຊານບັນຊີລາວ ຫຼື CPA ໂດຍໄດ້ລົງເລິກເນັ້ນໃສ່ ວິຊາ ການເງິນການບັນຊີ Training The Trainer for Financial Accounting (TTT for FA/FFA) ຊຶງເປັນວິຊາໜຶງທີ່ນອນຢູ່ໃນຫຼັກສູດການຝຶກຮົບຂອງນັກຊ່ຽວ ຊານບັນຊີລາວ ໃຫ້ກຽດບັນລະຍາຍໂດຍນັກຊ່ຽວຊານທີ່ເປັນຄູຝຶກຈາກ ACCA (Chankiriroth Sim, FCCA, CPA, ACMA, CGMA) ແລະ Vaishnavi Vanisha, ACCA (UK), CA (M). ສ່ວນຜູ້ທີ່ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຝຶກອົບຮົມ ແມ່ນບັນດາທ່ານທີ່ເປັນອາຈານສອນຫຼັກສູດນັກຊ່ຽວຊານບັນຊີລາວ ແລະ ພະນັກງານວິຊາການ ຂອງ ສວ-ບກລ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມການຝຶກອົບຮົມດັ່ງກ່າວ ລວມທັງໝົດຈຳນວນ 10 ທ່ານ. 

The program aimed to strengthen the capacity of Lao CPA instructors in the subject of Financial Accounting (FA/FFA)—one of the core subjects in the Lao CPA syllabus.
The sessions were delivered by ACCA trainers Mr. Chankiriroth Sim, FCCA, CPA, ACMA, CGMA, and Ms. Vaishnavi Vanisha, ACCA (UK), CA (M). Participants included Lao CPA course instructors and technical staff of the LCPAA, with a total of 10 attendees.

ຫຼັງຈາກນັ້ນໃນຕອນບ່າຍຂອງວັນທີ 8 ສິງຫາ ທາງ ACCA ກໍ່ຍັງໄດ້ມີສຳມະນາແບ່ງປັນຂໍ້ມູນໃຫ້ກັບນັກຝຶກອົບຮົມຊ່ຽວຊານບັນຊີລາວ CPA  (Information Sharing Session) ໃນຮູບແບບ 2 ລະບົບ ທັງແບບເຂົ້້າຮ່ວມເຊິ່ງໜ້າ ແລະ ອອນລາຍ ກ່ຽວກັບຫຼັກສູດ, ການຮຽນ, ການສອບເສັງ, ແລະ ຄວາມໝາຍຄວາມສຳຄັນຂອງ ACCA ອິກ, ຊຶງການແບ່ງປັນຂໍ້ມູນດັ່ງກ່າວ ແມ່ນເປັນແຊ໌ປະສົບການຈາກການຮຽນ-ການສອນ ຂອງນັກຮຽນ ແລະ ອາຈານຈາກ ACCA ໂດຍມີຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມທັງໝົດ 203 ຄົນ ທີ່ເປັນນັກຝຶກອົບຮົມ CPA ລຸ້ນທີ 17, 18, 19 ພ້ອມ ສະມາຊິກ ສາມັນບຸກຄົນ ສວ-ບກລ ແລະ ໃນນີ້ ມີຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມເຊິ່ງໜ້າ 43 ທ່ານ

On the afternoon of 8 August, ACCA also hosted an Information Sharing Session for Lao CPA trainees in both face-to-face and online formats. The session covered ACCA syllabus resources, study practices, exam techniques, and the value of pursuing ACCA qualifications. It also featured learning experiences shared by ACCA students and instructors and exchange question between attendees and ACCA team.
A total of 203 participants joined the session, including trainees from CPA batches 17, 18, and 19, as well as ordinary members of the LCPAA. Of these, 43 participants attended in person.
